When we decided to build a new home in Feilding, we contacted Zadok Homes as they had built our daughters home in Feilding, which was constructed to a good standard. Harvey Atkinson, the owner of Zadok Homes, found us a suitable section and gave us a House and Land package quote at the outset. Once the design was accepted and consent obtained, building started on 11/01/21 and we moved in on 21/05/21. We are able to have input to features such as Kitchen and Bathrooms, flooring etc. In some cases if we wanted to change the specification we were able to, and pay the differences, if any. The end result gave us the house we wanted, and after living here for 6 months we would not change a thing. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Harvey and Karen for their efforts and patience. We recommend Zadok Homes to anyone looking to build in the Manawatu / Palmerston North area."
